What areas of travel do you specialize in?While we can accommodate many travel needs, we primarily serve couples, solo travelers, and group travelers interested in all-inclusive and non-all-inclusive vacations internationally. We do not book travel within the United States.

Are your trips exclusively for American citizens?No, we welcome all travelers from around the globe!

Do you charge a fee?Yes, there is a non-refundable research fee for custom trips. We conduct in-depth research for one destination and provide you with three customized travel packages (accommodation only) based on your needs.

Why do you charge a fee?The research fee covers the time spent planning, researching, and organizing to make this your best trip. You'll receive a detailed itinerary and support throughout your travels.

Are passports required for international travel?Yes! A valid passport book (not a passport card) is required for international travel. In many places, your passport must be valid for at least six months after your travel dates. You must also provide your passport ID to book. Please consult the U.S. Department of State for specific requirements.

Are deposits and fees refundable?Any deposits or fees made towards your trip are non-refundable.

Is travel insurance required, and do you provide travel insurance?While travel insurance is not required, it is highly recommended. Travel can be unpredictable, and it’s wise to be protected against unforeseen circumstances. Clients who decline travel protection will be required to sign a waiver.

What are your working hours?We are available through email Monday to Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time. You can also text us at 786-878-3286 during our working hours.

Do you handle or assist with visas or any entry requirements?No, it is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel and health documents before embarking on your journey. Epic Luxe Travel Escapes does not cover the costs to obtain these documents.
